This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service of My Golf Gremlin (a fictitious business name operating in Contra Costa County, California) and applies to all users of the Service, including the MHodgen Golf coaching pages.
1. Prohibited Conduct
- Any unlawful use, including illegal wagers under applicable law.
- Submitting other people's personal information without their permission.
- False, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful content.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; scraping; reverse engineering; or bypassing security or rate limits.
- Interfering with the Service, including spamming, flooding, or distributing malware.
- Commercial exploitation or resale of the Service without our written consent.
- Uploading course data, logos, or scorecard images you do not have the right to share.
2. Shared Course Library
Course information you submit may be added to a shared library that other users can use. Submit only information you have the right to share. Do not submit copyrighted course guides, proprietary yardage books, or other protected material without permission.
3. Reporting and Enforcement
Report violations to hello@mhodgengolf.com. We may, at our discretion, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict features, or report activity to law enforcement. We are not obligated to monitor the Service but may do so.
